# Setup a channel

Channels in Contlo, are mediums to deliver a message or perform other actions. For example, a marketer can send a message to the customer using a Push Notification on Mobile, Push Notification on the Web, Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Contlo supports multiple channels to help marketers and product owners engage their audience across relevant and important touchpoints. Currently, we support the following channels.
